Invasive Procedures
For invasive procedures such as surgery, you have the right to seek treatment and opinions off-panel. You should not be pressured into a major procedure by a single company-selected doctor.
Referrals Outside the Panel

Once 90 days of treatment have passed, you may treat with any provider you choose. Notify your employer of the switch so billing continues smoothly.
If an adjuster tells you that you "can't" change doctors, get a second opinion on your rights. Often, you can.
